The McKendrees Justin McKendree
Justin is 28 years old and the oldest son of the McKendree family. He has been playing the mandolin for 8 years, but so far has surpassed any and all expectations anyone had. People are always in disbelief of his talent in that short of time. Lead vocals seem to just come natural to Justin. As all The McKendrees, you can feel the heartfelt emotional love for the music in his voice. He is a gifted song writer and wrote three songs off their first album Travelin' Back. His musical influences are Ricky Skaggs, Doyle Lawson, and the late Bill Monroe. He proudly plays a Dearstone F-5D Mandolin.
